This year’s programme will unfold across spring, summer, and autumn, with dates and opening events announced closer to each exhibition.
We are honoured to host a selection of life-size sculptures by Vassilis Papasaikas, drawn directly from the artist’s Athenian studio. Working in marble, bronze, terracotta, and painted plaster, Papasaikas explores the human form through references to Greek antiquity, mythology, and the intimacy of everyday family life. The works will be experienced among Atop’s warm furnishings, inviting visitors to encounter monumental sculpture within a lived, domestic scale. Entry is free and open to all.
A forthcoming Cultural Heritage Exhibition will celebrate the UNESCO-recognized Zagori region exploring its rich tangible, intangible, natural, and evolving heritage. Developed with strong scholarly foundations, the project is supported by leading researchers, including Dr. Kalliopi Stara and a specialist PhD candidate, ensuring both academic depth and curatorial rigor. Through architecture, oral traditions, natural landscapes, and contemporary transformations, the exhibition aims to present Zagori as a living heritage—rooted in history yet dynamically connected to the present.
This autumn, Atop at Aristi Mountain Resort welcomes a curated presentation of works by acclaimed Greek sculptor Theodoros Papagiannis. Originating from Ellinika near Arta, Papagiannis’ work forms part of major public and private collections worldwide, including The Runners at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. A selection of sculptures from across his career, also featured in the Museum of Contemporary Art “Theodoros Papagiannis” in Ellinika, will be exhibited in an intimate setting, with select smaller works available for acquisition. Entry is free and open to all.
